From the Ground Up is an apothecary on Terra Island on the Meridian Ocean. Prior to the ocean merge in early 2012, the building was located on the Viridian Ocean.

History

On Viridian

While on the Viridian Ocean, this building was formerly owned by the pirate Belgica. In the beginning of 2007, the shoppe was bought by Mitos, and later that year it was donated to Ikke and Szerszen. From 2009, the shoppe was run and managed by two new managers, Nassim and Berybery, of the crew Guardians of Friendship.

From time to time, the shoppe serves as a location for flag-events. On one of these occasions (during the time when the island was governed by Whiterose), the following poem was written by an unknown pirate:

Deep in the island of the white rose

Is hidden a place that nobody knows

There dwells a lass of Euphoria

Growing yarrow, weld and lobelia

Madder, cowslip and iris root too

Sassafras and indigo are sold in brew.

On Meridian

Following the ocean merge in January 2012, the building was moved to the newly-formed Meridian Ocean, where it remains under the ownership of Ikke.
