Yarrr! Har! Arrr! We R looking for friendly pirates. We are dedicated to treating all jobbers with respect! Ching! Shiney! We payout trader shares: the best divy for all jobbers!
Welcome to our crew!
Rules
- Be curtious to other players.
- Obey the OIC(officer in command) & dont laze about on the ship when there's work to do.
- Do not bother the OIC with irrelevant stuff while he/she is running a ship.
- Do not beg other pirates for PoE, promotions or anything else.
- Ask for PTB (Permission to board) before going aboard ANY ship with 3 or less pirates that is not at port.
Title contests
A title in the crew can be obtained by winning one of these various contests:
Lieutenant: Any officer who wins the planking contest can have this title: Be the first officer to plank the next jobber who askes to be a FO; begs for PoE; or asks to Battle Navigate with an able rating.
Swordfighter: win a SF tourny held with the crew.
Rumbler: win rumble tourny held with the crew.
Bilger/Carper/Sailmaster/etc.: at least Grand-Master rating.
Ambassador: recruit the most pirates for the crew over a 1/2 month period.
Treasurer: make a donatiation of at least 100K value to the crew's benifit.

Promotion details
Promotono requirements are difficult, but hopefully we will create an elite crew by having them so.
Cabin Person: broad in any 2 of these 5: sailing, carpentry, bilging, swordfight or rumble. OR 1 incredible trophy in one of the above, OR either the fencer or scraper trophy.
Pirate: broad in any 4 piracy skills except nav and bnav AND 1 incredible* in the same. OR broad in any 2 of those, and 2 incredibles*. OR incredible gunner and the requirements for cabin person above.
Officer: broad in 6 of the 9 piracy skills, AND 2 incredibles trophies* in piracy skils; OR broad in 4 piracy skills and 3 incredible trophies* in piracy skills; OR Incredible nav, and broad in bnav, AND the requirements for Pirate above.
- - The scraper and fencer awards can count as an inc. for purposes of promotion
Having your own ship = +1 rank (OR Officer at a minimum)
The exceptional favor of a SO or Capt. = +1 rank This usually requires being being with the crew for at least 1 month and being exceptionally curtious to your fellow pirates.
Pirates just joining will not be made FO or SO right away.
Being rude or distasteful; or treating others unfairly is sufficient for demotion or removal from the crew.
