Yax Mutal is an outpost island located in the Onyx Archipelago. There is one known route from the island: Labyrinth Moors.

History
Yax Mutal was originally located on the Cobalt Ocean. A wall to the north of the landing, in between two trees, reads, "This island were fashioned by Argonaut."
The island was the unnamed destination of Argonaut's Cobalt exploration contest.[1]
Yax Mutal is an alternate name for the great Maya city of Tikal,[2] found in northern Guatemala.
Yax I - 2007-05-19, As part of a set of island openings, Yax Mutal was opened for blockades. Raiders of the Lost Arch and Dark Asylum each dropped chests, but failed to take a single round. What The Falchion mounted a defense of the island, and successfully prevented colonization.
Yax Mutal is currently an uninhabitable island.
