Rankings:
Cabin Person - Ask any Officer or above to join.
Pirate- 2 Broads or 1 Solid in either Bilging, Carpentry, Sailing, Gunnery, Navigation. No knowledge of Battle Navigation is required. Only gun when asked to.
Officer- 3 Broad/Master in either Bilging, Carpentry, Sails, Gunnery, Navigation, or Battle Navigation. Sound knowledge of Battle Navigation is preferred but not compulsory. Officer Training will be required for select group.
Fleet Officer- Solid/Renowned Battle Navigation, ability to lead pillages soundly, and all pre-requirements to above ranks.
Senior Officer - Trust, Contributions and Loyalty to the Crew ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
