Each crew gets two titled members (id rather have the captain as one of them). Royals and titled members must be active members and the first one will only be given to those i really trust.
History
The flag was created by Momoko, captain of the crew Psycho Asylum, after personality clashes with the monarch of the crew's previous flag made it impossible to stay there.
