So the administrators have discussed a few things. And after informing the OMs of the contents of your userpage (specifically the bit where you proudly say "I've been banned eight times, but I keep coming back") and being informed that that was more or less totally made up, I, for one, would like to send you a message. There is no prize for being banned eight times. (Unless you consider wasting hours and hours of your life annoying other people for the sake of annoying other people to be a prize, and if you do, you're beyond help.) Bans are not girl scout badges; they don't represent an accomplishment. They represent an OM looking at you and deciding "You know what? You suck. Go away, and I never want to see your face here ever again." If you're proud of that, then please go be proud of it elsewhere. You're not welcome to celebrate it here.
