The Looney Bin was a crew that sailed the Viridian Ocean.

History

The Looney Bin was founded by Lune on April 8th as a way of giving him something new to do in order to keep his interests in Viridian. It was successful in doing so. Lune owes much of its success to his friend and former Sea Change flaggie Elfeesh, who helped him with The Looney Bin for a month. After Elfeesh returned to his prior crew, another former Sea Changer, Jellyl took his place as SO. After a couple weeks of jumping between flags, Lune brought The Looney Bin back to his flag Epilogue, where it permanently resided.

The crew, though it began as something without any serious interest, was joined early on by several people showcasing much potential, such as Warmaster, Xxis, and Yaretzi. As such, Lune decided it was worth sticking with. Unfortunately he became very busy with the flag Epilogue and so his plans for his crew suffered. Finally, in the beginning of June, 2010, The Looney Bin merged into Lune's previous crew, The August Charade.
