"The most obvious difference is the fact that the Verdant class cutter has got 8 cannons instaed of the six cannons on the normal cutter (and two ghost cannons)." - I wouldn't have said it is the most obvious difference... Ever since gunning was fixed at four cannons per board, the cutter has had eight cannons to fire, but only six on deck - the other two are ghost cannons, existing only as numbers. (I always thought this was unique to the cutter, but I discovered another ship in the same position relatively recently. Don't recall which one it is, though...) If we're going to retain it, that sentence could do with something of a reword. --Belthazar451 12:44, 3 May 2010 (UTC)

Cutter, MB, MG and WF all have a different number of guns on the ship compared to loadable guns. Apart from the MB's situation, these ships all have 2 more loadable guns than they have duty stations (MB has two fewer). --Thunderbird 12:56, 3 May 2010 (UTC)
