I am probably wrong, but I think it says something like:

Katrazka is Argentine, and your neighbor of the South xD. (not sure about the next sentence - something about boredom and returning to the game?) Although English is her less preferred language, she must speak it equally xD... for Dacaa.

Lol anyone speak Spanish?

Basicly: We should change the spanish area to something like; Katrazka is a Senior officer of the crew The Mafia's Symphony on the Viridian Ocean. She is to former senior officer of Aztecka Empire and former princess of the flag Imperial Memetica Fleet. Katranzka is an Argentinion pirate, who returned to the game due to bordom. She is good at speaking English but prefers to speak Spanish.
