Sirens and Masters was a crew that sailed the Sage Ocean. The crew flew the flag of Eternal Glory.
History
Sirens and Masters was founded on 30 September, 2006 by Laccie, who had become unhappy with the direction for her former crew.
In early 2007 Ceegee replaced Laccie as the captain of the crew when she left to assiste Whalewacker found Cannon Fodder. Under Ceegee' leadership Sirens and Masters was renamed to Caustic Affliction
The crew was again renamed in March of 2007 to Headless Doubloon to honor the influx of officers into the crew.
By July of 2007 the crew had merged into Cannon Fodder.
Public Statement
Welcome to Sirens and Masters. Our goal is to have fun, make poe, and become the best puzzlers we can be. To join the crew just ask, we are always looking for new members and would love to have you.
Promotion Requirements
- Cabin Person: Work on a pillage for two consecutive battles without leaving your station to laze or station hop.
- Pirate: Pillage with the crew enough so that the officers get to know you. Work on a pillage for three consecutive battles. Have a willingness to learn what you don't know and do well on what you do know. Be a team player. If Joey is bilging and it’s you’re your favorite job, be willing to sail instead if the pillage needs sailors. Experience must be Narrow in the three basic puzzles (carp, bilge and sails) with a skill level of Distinguished in one or more of these puzzles.
- Officer: Pillage with the crew for at least a month. Sail, bilge, carp, and bnav must be Master or above. Exceptions may be made by a majority vote of all Senior Officers. Pass a bnav test with another Senior Officer on the boat. Meet or exceed the crew expectations of how an officer will conduct themselves on a pillage.
- Fleet Officer: To have been officer in crew for at least a month and have earned the trust of the Captain and crew. Stats of Master or above in all pillage related stats (carp/gun/bilge/sail/nav/bnav). Exceptions may be made by a majority vote of all Senior Officers.
- Senior Officer: To be Fleet in crew for awhile and earn the trust of the Captain and crew.
- Captain: Position filled.
