Promotion Requirements
- Cabin person: This rank is only given out if you have done somethin to harm the crew or for just being an idiot .
- Pirate: Just join the crew
- Officer: 3 broads in any pirate skill
- Fleet officer: Achieve distinguished+ in 3 piracy puzzles as well as having showed experience in battle navigation. Trust and crew input must also be present.
- Senior officer: Hand picked by the captain and the S0’s.
