Spawn of Independence
Oceanum Independentiae was founded on December 3rd, 2018 by the crew Praedonum Independentium, by Syrupmaker & Tiaraxx. Oceanum Independentiae, latin for Ocean Independence was spawned after political unrest between the founding members, and their previous flag. Praedonum Independentium, Latin for Independent Pirate strives to promote ocean independence, independent flags, and overall encouraging minor powers to actively involve themselves within the Obsidian Political Climate.

The flag has a monthly goal of tracking, providing, and pushing a mutual amount of poe back into circulation with the use of tournaments.
Independent Flag Movement
Oceanum Independentiae offers a variety of tactics politically that influence its moral goal of employing independent flags & promoting various of conflicts. This is done by signing (and drafting) "pacts" produced by an Organization known, Proxy Pirata, a soul-Latin based Piracy group formed deep in Wild Seas Territory. Pacts can be offered by the Pirata by complete random to promote their own political goals, or other flags are welcome to approach the organization to produce a mutual bounty for both parties.
