O'Reilly Island is an outpost island located in the Pearl Archipelago. There are two known routes from the island: Cleopatra's Pearls and Nuptial Island.

This island spawns butterfly weed, stone, and masuyite.

History
The name of the island is most likely a reference to O'Reilly Media, the publisher of the 'camel book' (Programming Perl).
O'Reilly is currently an uninhabitable island.
