Please note these are only guidelines
Cabin person: Punishment and forage alt rank.
Pirate: Starting rank.
Officer: Trusted and at least respected in carp, bilge, sail, guns and bnav (exceptions allowed at discretion of Captain).
Fleet officer: This rank must be earned, crew activity and trust required, decent stats and effort don't hurt either.
Senior officer: My most active and trusted mates...must have all of the Above and then some........
Captain: ...there is only one Captain
