Coolgoo is the captain and counselor of the crew Notorious Penguins on the Sage Ocean and king of the flag Penguins of Sage.
He first began playing in a crew that was run by Jorgemb where he achieved the rank of senior officer. He used the crew's ships to pillage and enter blockades.
