Bluebeard

Bluebeard is the piratey moniker of Rick Keagy, an important member of the Art Department for Three Rings Design. He was previously the art director of Bolt Action software and made love swings for The Sims Hot Date. He is also a big fan of Squeegee.

In Azure, he was the governor of Winter Solstice, though that was passed to Artemis for Midnight. He has designed the art for many parts of the game, including the entire Spades game and both sets of boots.

Nemo is the other member of the Art Department.
