Overview
Arch Element, a crew full of dedicated pillagers, is a crew on the Ice Ocean. At the moment it happens to be at the top of the Crew Fame charts; their flag, Cold Fusion, is at the top of the flag fame chart.
The Captain, Jawman, is known as the "Don" of the "Family"; he is a veteran pirate, coming from the Azure Ocean, and is skilled in much of piracy. The crew can be noted as good friends to all, and if any pirate could come up with a poor part of Arch Element, then they would have to look very closely.
The crew, like many Ice players, own only sloops, as it would be illogical to own bigger ships with the amount of players who log on. In contrast to this, they feel that they will likely acquire bigger ships in time. As they help Ice grow, booms on Ice may occur for special events. The crew chose their flag for the reason that the flag has large ships for blockades, and they feel that the flag will help the crew to grow.
Crews are welcome to merge, with the assurance that the Crew is friendly.

Policy
Everyone has a family responsibility. If there are problems, Jawamn is happy to solve them. Pillaging occurs on an irregular basis, yet there are still responsibilities of stocking, porting, ect.
Any pirates who are unkind, disconsiderate, and unjust in the crew will very likely to be demoted, expelled, or warned that their actions are causing discontetnt to the Family atmoshere.
