Biography
How It All Began
Yubyubyubyub first started back in May of 2007 when a friend told him about it. He started like everyone else at the dock. But Yubyubyubyub didn't really have an interest at the time because no one would show him the ropes, not until that fateful day in December when he met Mulheran and Iceicebaby of the crew Blades of Fate.
Mulheran showed Yubyubyubyub almost everything he knew, from the basics up to pillages and Yubyubyubyub worked his way up to fleet officer in one week, earning trust from most of the officers. Unfortunately that crew was mostly based in Australia while Yubyubyubyub was in America. Yubyubyubyub had to leave because he never saw them online again.
After Blades of Fate
So Yubyubyubyub freelanced and got his stats up little by little. Then in March of 2008 Yubyubyubyub met Peteys, captain of the crew Flaming Phoenix. Yubyubyubyub joined as pirate and immediately sought to be with the capn everywhere he could get a chance - pillages, blockades, poker, etc. Peteys befriended Yubyubyubyub after a month of training after which Yubyubyubyub was promoted to officer.
Yubyubyubyub swore to the captain that he would do everything to help the crew as his privileges would let him. In a few days time, Yubyubyubyub increased the crew's members, took the crew on succesful pillages, and brought a few pirates with good stats and trust to the crew, that later Yubyubyubyub helped train - Groker, Brainsoup, Yoshikirby, etc. This was enough, for Peteys told Yubyubyubyub that he could trust him and wanted to help Yubyubyubyub's future in his Puzzle Pirates career, and promoted him up two ranks to senior officer.
As time went on Yubyubyubyub learned how to lead a pillage, give orders, the basics an officer needed, and even a little about blockades. Then one day Peteys told Yubyubyubyub that he was fit to be a captain and Yubyubyubyub aked why. Peteys walked through all of the things Yubyubyubyub did, said he had potential and should leave and start his crew. With every bit of tips, advice and anything Yubyubyubyub could find, he prepared for that day.
First Look
On May 6th, 2008, Yubyubyubyub started the crew Crucible Requiem. Soon after Groker, Yoshikirby and Brainsoup joined and within a week his crew reached in the twenties. Yubyubyubyub started to realize what pirates were saying in the forums about what it takes to be a captain.
As July rolled around, an offer came to him from a friend about merging crews. Without asking for advice from the senior officers, Yubyubyubyub merged his crew with Golden Armada. Chaserking, captain of Goldern Armada, was made captain of the merged crew while Yubyubyubyub remained as king of the flag Death's March. But within a week turmoil took place, pirates started leaving and Yubyubyubyub decided it was time. Many things had happened but Yubyubyubyub could say that he had made a big mistake.
Yubyubyubyub rounded up all of the crew members that were left and created Soldier's Of Honor. Here he gained many faithful friends who helped Yubyubyubyub get the crew back on its feet and achieve eminent fame within a month. However another failure came around. On the advice of his senior officers, he agreed to let Sivartt, a friend, become captain because Yubyubyubyub wasn't logging on much and wanted to step down but the crew fell apart.
Yubyubyubyub came back, revived the crew, increased its numbers twofold and merged it into the crew Flaming Phoenix so he could finally step down. He promised his friends that he would no longer be a captain until he could get everything right and when they said he was fit.
Now
Yubyubyubyub is constantly Sfing and trying to improve his skills. Bnavving is also improving with yubby. He aims to teach the new crew he is in; the new officers in pillaging and PvP.
