CHANGELOG: Version 2.3
- Added support for all oceans
- Added support for saving search results as .HTML files (VERY experimental!)
- Added Pingtest support, so you cannot search an ocean that is offline, and you cannot start until you have a valid connection to the internet
- Added a quick search function, you can now jump directly to a pirate's trophies or gallery
- Added an installer and uninstaller
- Revamped the UI
- Changed code during startup to allow for pingtests and correct form redraw
- Changed HTML navigation code
- Removed debug flags
- Added code (currently switched off) for an external oceans database to allow for easy additions/removals (should be in for the next update)
- Added a button for advanced searches (currently switched off) to allow for crew or flag results by ID
- Removed all old code relating to VB6
- Removed a problem reported on Windows Vista & 7 where it was required to grant elevation through UAC
- Changed data types where possible to allow for a smaller RAM footprint
- Compacted code to reduce size of application to a rather small 702KB
- Changed the way the application parses HTML
- Removed some code that allowed the application to handle compile/decompile commands, left over from the VB6 > .NET transition
- Changed the way the application handles and stores resources.

Only use this version if your computer cannot support .NET framework. It will not be supported in the future, and cannot be patched when I upload updates.
