Before uploading an image to the YPPedia please look over the following options and select the one that best fits the image you're trying to upload.

Portraits

• This image is a single portrait of a pirate and will be used to illustrate a pirate article.

• This image is a group portrait and will be used to illustrate a flag article.

• This image is a group portrait and will be used to illustrate a crew article.

User created art

• This image is an avatar from the YPP forums.

• This image is fan art.

• This image is an entry for a contest.

• This image is an entry for the current portrait background contest.

Game images

• This image is a screenshot of a building and will be used to illustrate a building article.

• This image is a screenshot of a possible bug in the game and will be used to illustrate a forum post or bug report.

Tutorials

• This image is a screenshot of the game, wiki, or forums and will be used to illustrate a how-to article or a tutorial.

Other

• None of the above descriptions accurately describe the image. Please continue to the upload page and choose a file name and image tag as appropriate.
