Amoyer (talk • contribs) – I have been playing Puzzle Pirates since August 2005 and have been regularly editing on the Yppedia since September 2006. I feel that the Yppedia is a fantasic resource for all pirates new and old experienced. I have learned a lot from the experienced users on how to better edit pages, make better use of templates and am always willing to learn more. I would like to use my knowledge and experience of the game and Yppedia to assist others and being an admin would help me do that. And having access to the revert button would be a big help too! - Candidate, please indicate acceptance of the nomination here: I accept (although I guess it was assumed)-- Cedarwings (t/c) 09:23, 9 March 2007 (PST)
Support
- I support this nomination with one minor reservation. Amoyer has shown dedication and a general high caliber of edits. However, I have a minor concern about experience with regards to policy issues. A recent example can be found here. This not a big deal, but I think the candidate should be aware that there's room for growth in this area. --Barrister 18:34, 7 March 2007 (PST)
- Amoyer has performed good work in creating wanted pages and updating existing crew and flag articles. -- Faulkston 20:12, 7 March 2007 (PST)
- Amoyer has taken an active role in recent times. The candidate's continued assistance as an administrator will be invaluable. Yaten talk 04:47, 8 March 2007 (PST)

Questions for the candidate
A few generic questions to provide guidance for voters:
- 1. What sysop chores, if any, would you anticipate helping with? (Please read the page about administrators and the administrators' reading list.)
- A. I am willing to help wherever needed, especially getting vandalism quickly address, deleting pages following redirection for in-game capitalization fixes and upkeeping the policies on user pages. I would also like to see the number of wanted pages decreased and will continue to address this as well as keeping the recent changes on track.
- 2. Of your articles or contributions to YPPedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
- A. I have been working on making sure that all of the buildings on the Cobalt ocean have pages, they are up-to-date, and have screenshot. I am about half-way through this process. You can see my progress here.
