What Is Written is a dormant flag on the Meridian Ocean. The flag was organized and founded by several key members of Destiny, including Cleopatra, Adrianalidah, Kotsios, Rubbies, and Clarence, who has since left WiW. The founding members sought to create a flag that was all of the following: Fun, Friendly, Enjoyable, Adventurous, and, most importantly, Supportive.

Achievements and notable events
- August 22nd, What Is Written claimed their first island at Lilac IX. The island was lost the following week, but ultimately recovered on January 17, 2010 at Lilac XII.
