Pirate - We arrr all pirates!
Officer - four broads (or equivalent*) in duty puzzles. (*solid=2 broads, 2 narrow=broad. You need to have experience to show in other piracy puzzles if you don't have the four broads.) We'll offer training if you're new or you want to brush up on any of the various officers' responsibilities. You must pass an officer test before you are able to take out ships. Details of this can be found in the private statement!
Fleet Officer - You should be active (online four times a week or more). You need to be able to fulfil all the duties of Officer with reasonable skill. Solids in duty puzzles (excluding guns) are required, as is the trust from at least 2 Fleet Officers or higher. You should help the crew by running pillages, recruiting, offering advice to newer pirates, and so on. You need to have been in the crew for at least a little while before you're granted this rank.
Senior Officer - Appointed by the Captain. No instant postings will be made, and a consensus will be reached first with the other SOs. Trust and loyalty is what counts here.
