Building images
Ahoy Zava! I remember you telling me you had screenshots for most of the buildings on Admiral Island (Sage). I'm willing to make the individual building pages if you want to upload them. Just a suggestion so we can work together. If you don't then no trouble :). Cheers --Cecidrake 13:23, 13 September 2006 (PDT)
- Okie! I'll leave the infobox with the screenshot part as if it was there so it updates itself when image ready :) --Cecidrake 14:14, 13 September 2006 (PDT)
- I'm done with all the pages. Let me know if there is a screenie ye are missing, maybe I can help :) --Cecidrake 15:32, 16 September 2006 (PDT)
- I checked through Admiral Island wiki building history and the pile of rubble should be the remains of Bench, Book and Candle (furnisher shoppe). I did delete it from the building list when it dusted. I really didn't know that buildings that crumbled had to be noted some place. I have no idea though who owned it. Hope this helps. :) --Cecidrake 21:29, 16 September 2006 (PDT)

Crew pages
Thanks for your help with the advice for the crew pages I made, I'm still learning the ropes of this wiki-ing, and that's the kind of help I really need. Matt 19:25, 14 September 2006 (PDT)
Upcoming blockades
In the past, we've let people put upcoming blockades up before the war chest is dropped. This has happened for event blockades and, I think, for blockades of newly-opened islands where everyone knows the blockade will start at noon on Saturday and the contenders have posted intent on the forums. --Barrister 22:40, 14 September 2006 (PDT)
- I think it depends on the amount of information available about the blockade. So, "Flag X will blockade island Y in 3 weeks," is incomplete. "Flag X will drop a chest on island Y at Z o'clock on date Q. Jobbers will be paid N hundred PoE. Jobbing contacts are A and B. Raffle included." would be very specific. We don't have a written policy on this, but I think this is workable. --Barrister 12:53, 15 September 2006 (PDT)
Greenie Blockade
Hi Zava,
its ok for me if you put the blockade in your flag when we drop the war chest. As for now its only important to me that ppl get to know that there will be a blockade and sign up for it if they are interested in blockade battle nav or XOing. it ticks me off quite a bit that ppl talk about this and that and how it will work or not but nobody says: hey, great idea, i have no expierience in blockades, i ll join. oh well...
Your user talk page is way fancier than mine
...Or, "TLL captains, revealed!"
To answer your message from earlier today...
I'd never heard of actual elections in TLL- although our periodic changeups probably looked intentional, most were due to captains leaving for real-life duties (Tealbeard, Kathe) or other goals in the game (Scarymuffin). In a way, that succession of captains being away has lead to the current governmental style of our crew, which I think of as "democtatorship"- we'll debate anything vigorously, and then the captain will make a final decision loosely based off of that debate. Oddly, it works.
Let me know if you have any other questions! My next project will be to wikify a few other crewmates who are missing, but it's a matter of finding time to get the data I need on them.

Flag links on wiki pages
Since you're the friendly local wiki admin, maybe you can help me with something that's been bugging me for ages...
Is there any reason why Flag wiki pages don't include a web link to the flag page in game? Most seem to be updated by pulling the info up from the link in-game anyway (pesky DV flag statement), and it would make new updates a lot less of a hassle. Is this something that was intentionally left out, or just never thought of? --Pauling 14:27, 18 September 2006 (PDT)
Touche
I just found this. Your work, I assume?
Very good! --Pauling 09:48, 2 October 2006 (PDT)
Thanks Much!
Thank you very much for explaining to me in a manner much different to the way Ponytailguy did (harsh, rude, and of course causing chaos).I much appreciate that and it make me think, "Whoa, Zava is right!" I never realized much of what you said and I have come to the conclusion of dropping my side of the byline arguement due to your kind words. Thank you ^_^ P.S. If you're good pals with Ponytailguy or at least an aqquaintance, please don't hesitate to ask him to leave me alone. My talk page is filled with arguing now. =O

Deletion tags
Hoy there Zava. I agree that, yes, they have been used in blockades, but both have been stubs for a very long time. With Shadow Company, there is no information to allow any user to add to the stub (no crew names, no pirate names) and so will remain a stub forever. With Saga - if every alt flag used for blockades had their own page then the yppedia would double in size with pages saying "XXX is a flag used in a blockade", and again, how can this EVER be destubbed? I hope you understand now why I added these tags! --Whitemonkey 23:07, 29 October 2006 (PST)
re:page deletion
No problem. I had to check the page names way too many times myself and then I saw that you were resurrecting the wrong one and had to check a bunch more times again. -- Cedarwings (t/c) 20:58, 19 November 2007 (PST)
Building picture
Hey Zava, I'm having issues posting the image which I mislabelled into the right section (you deleted it when it was in the wrong section, and I can't upload a new one into the right section- Castaway Corsairs (Ccarlson08 00:21, 24 February 2012 (PST))
