Preview function recommended

Thanks for editing at YPPedia. You may want to make use of the "Show preview" button offered when editing a page. If you have a look at the edit history for one article you worked on today, you'll see why it's sticking out at me. You made 28 separate incremental edits to the page when a couple major edits would have sufficed. The preview function will allow you to see your work and make changes before it's committed back to the server. Colored text

Please do not use colored text in YPPedia articles. This disrupts the uniform look and feel of pages in the encyclopedia and does not add value. If you wish to be creative, you can use your user space User:Wagbo and subpages for just about anything you want. Chupchup 15:27, 4 May 2012 (PDT)

Crew going defunct

Ahoy there! Just a word in your ear: even if a crew or flag has disbanded, we like to leave their encyclopedia entry in place, just for posterity and so that articles that link to them don't suddenly break.
