Reuploading images
Ahoy! You only need to reupload the image once. The reason why you are not immediately seeing the change is that your web browser is caching the image. In order to refresh your web browser's cache, go to the image page (in your case it would be Image:Pirates-Brummieboy.jpg) and there should be text with a link under the image (Pirates-Brummieboy.jpg (174 × 255 pixel, file size: 14 KB, MIME type: image/jpeg)).
