Hi! Thanks for your question on the Help desk. I've answered your question, but for your convenience, I'll answer it again here. If you log in before midnight pirate time and remain online past midnight, then it counts as two login days. Each physical day that are you online for counts towards a login day, even if it is in one session. However, if you log off at 1am (as in your example) and log back in at 10pm that evening, it will not use an extra day, because it has already counted that day as a login day.
