I strongly suspect this crew is fictional/was only planned.

Circumstential evidence for this:

  1. The edit history shows the use of the {{nothereyet}} (Usage) template, that was removed by another editor
  2. See User talk:Masterz5 for some evidience of fictional/planned crews in main namespace
  3. The flag link is to a fictional/planned flag in Userspace
  4. There is no crew Stormchasers on Hunter right now
