Edit Frequency

Ahoy! I was going through the recent changes, and I ran across the edits to Deadfire. If you'd like to see the page history, take a look here, and I think you can see why it's sticking out at me :-/. I don't want to discourage you from editing, because it's good to see you putting so much effort into improving this page. However, it's always good wiki practice to get into using the Preview button instead of just posting stuff directly. That way, you know if you like what you're about to post before you actually do, and you can catch things like spelling/grammar, line breaks, formatting, and so on without having to waste time and effort making tons of minor edits. In any event, welcome to the YPPedia, and good luck in the future! --Belthazar451 03:42, 26 September 2008 (UTC)

Yppedia

A few comments for you... first of all, when pages are created on the Yppedia, all editors release ownership of all material that they add to its pages. As such, the page about Deadfire does not belong to yourself or any other editor. Secondly, the Yppedia is an encyclopedia and all of its articles should be encyclopedic in nature. An article that is just a lists of facts is not desirable. Finally, if you cannot find a way to control your editing frequency, you may find yourself temporarily banned from editing. I would recommend you make yourself familiar with the Yppedia:Policies and guidelines so that articles you create in the future do not undergo such scrutiny.
