The non reversed Saber is the pattern on the left. It droughts the opponent better and doesn't allow easy clears from the main color.
The article has been wrong for years since people had the misconception that reversing a sword makes it better (because it does it for the Falchion.
I guess it only took one person to write it down in the early days and nobody really questioned it because who reads the entry thoroughly?
