- Thank you for your warning but I'm very sure I used the word "its" properly. According to the link you suggested: "Its indicates possession, and appears in front of the noun it describes. If you hear “The hotel raised its rates,” you know that the rates belong to the hotel."
- I wrote: "the building naming theme is based on rap and its sub-cultures". So I know that the sub-cultures belong to rap. It wouldn't be proper to write "it's" as I don't want to use either "it is" or "it has".

- You wrote: "It's last known owner was ..." and "It's present owner is ..." Those are possessive, and you incorrectly used an apostrophe. Chupchup 22:19, 24 January 2019 (UTC)
