Pirate page

Greetings! Thanks for your interest in YPPedia. I needed to revert your edit on Masters because it removed material that belongs there and created a malformed article. I see you are working on your User page, but there was no need to remove content from the other article in order to add it to yours. If you wish to create a Personal Pirate Page for a pirate named Mysticus, you are more than welcome to put that in the mainspace by following the red link. It is generally not a good idea to establish such an article in your User page because that is for information about you, the editor. If you wish to use a Sandbox, you can use the main one there, or create one under your user space. This should not be necessary for creation of a simple pirate page. Let us know if you need any more help! Chupchup 04:57, 14 July 2018 (UTC)

Trophies

Per our YPPedia:Policies and guidelines, trophies are not allowed on pirate pages, so I have removed them from Masters. Thanks. Chupchup 05:00, 14 July 2018 (UTC)

Preview mode

Just in case you don't already know, there is a "Show preview" button available when you are editing articles. It will enable you to preview your edits before you save a revision of the page. I find this much more useful than creating 20-30 small and mistaken revisions in the edit history. Perhaps it will help you debug things when you are updating your infobox, etc. Try it, you'll like it!

Also, I noticed that you added a link to Third Eye in your biography. Unfortunately, this link refers to a defunct crew from the Cobalt Ocean, and not your current flag. It is necessary to disambiguate links if more than one topic uses the name. In this case, I used {{emerald}} (Usage) to disambiguate "Third Eye" which necessarily creates a red-link until the article is created. This is the correct behavior. We could instead link to Third Eye (flag) which would likewise be correct. In the meantime, without a corresponding article, it won't make any difference at all. I hope this helps. I hope you can respond to this message so we can know you have read and understand them. Thanks for your contributions to YPPedia! Chupchup 00:27, 26 July 2018 (UTC)
