Ahoy Allice! I know the event is planned, but we don't usually put the blockade notes up until the warchest is actually dropped. (That way you'll know exactly what time to write, etc.) Hopefully you're not too frustrated about the way it keeps poofing on you - folks have been following policy and reverting the changes.
