The Man Behind The Curtain is an out of character posting account. He is known to have at least two pirates, one of which is known to be LongJohnGrey (referred to as "the silly alt").
He is an advocate of economic warfare, a supporter of a full fledged "War ocean", and in favor of both shops being at risk of loss in blockade takeovers, as well as blockade takeovers requiring multiple wins over multiple weeks, as ways of solving:
- the "must defend" attitute that dominates blockades
- the "must build" attitude of defending an island
- the "land is limited, an ocean's life is not" dilemma.
