Senior Officer: same puzzle requirements as FO, prove your trust, own a badge and a ship. (same as FO, must stay longer in Crew)

Extra info 2: Everyone in the crew gets monthly payments from the captain (me), the PoE depends on how much you pillage with the crew and how much you interact and participate with other crewmates. (respectful and stuff like that) money usually go between 100~1000
