Extended Public Statement
Crew Colors are as Followed: White/Navy/ They are optional but it would be appriciated if they were worn for portraits, meetings, larger pillys, etc. etc.
Ranks are as Followed:
First off if you think you are worthy for a specific rank, go ahead ask me. Some crews think this is bad but it is ok with me just dont be annoying about it lol.
Cabin Person : Yes, we treat this as a rank. I plan to have this crew large so we need depth. For greenies and people who dont make the requirements for Pirate. Mostly all Novice/Able pirates. Dont worry though, we will help you fly through the ranks.
Pirate : Apprentice's, Narrows, and Broads in Sailing or Rigging, Carpentry, and Bilging. Plus some experience in Gunning please. This would be nice.
Officer*** : Broads in Gunning, Sailing or Rigging, Carpentry, Bilging, and some experience in Navigating and Battle Navigating. A ship will help you get to this position faster. Need a Distinguished. MUST KNOW HOW TO LEAD A PILLAGE. ;)
Fleet Officer : I need to know you personally, plus solids in Gunning, Sailing or Rigging, Carpentry, and Bilging. Need to have a broad in either Bnav or Nav, and experience in the one that doesnt. At least 3 distinguished or a Master and a Distinguised etc etc. Need a ship.
Seniors : I dont need stats, if i trust you and the other SO's trust you, you will be promoted to this position. You can be a greenie, or someone who has novice/able in all the skills, it does not matter.
- = Pirates who show true dedication will be promoted straight to this position on joining.
Exceptions can be made for Pirates that I want to be a specific rank.
All crew members will join upon us as a Cabin Person, Pirate, or Officer.
