Unforgiving Tempest is run with a Monarch and royals, usually keeping the number of royals to an even number, in order to keep voting convenient. Royals are kept on the basis of activity and consistent actions dedicated towards the production of the flag itself. In this flag titles assume a more active role, they act as buffers for the monarch and royals between average members of the flag. It is the duty of the titles to bring things to the attention of those who can act on them. Titles also can recomend other titled members for royalty status and help choose new titles.

Despite the scary public statement and name, this flag is friendly. Every crew has an equal say in what goes on in this flag, and every crew is guaranteed a titled member at least, if the captain or one of their Senior Officers can show the royals that he or she means business and shows us that they can be a help to this flag and its progress then you will be a royalty.
