Mission Statement
Get as many people as possible, build a fleet, create a flag, and blockade.

Promotion Requirements
- Pirate: 5 broads or 3 soilds.
- Officer: 3 soilds and 4 broads Or higher.
- Fleet Officer: Own a vessel and 3 weightys or 2 experts and 2 soilds
- Senior Officer: Have to be trusted by captain Own a ship or if you a good friend of the captain and not so good stats you will have the title " ScapeGoat ".
