Pirate: You must have broad in Gunning and you should be able to tell Police, Harharmar, or Chopps how to team in Swordfighting and Rumble.
Officer: You must have broad in all piracy stats. Battle navigation needs to be above able. You have to own a vessel and you must pass an officer test.
Fleet Officer: You must have soild in all piracy stats; in addition, battle navigation needs to be master. Be able to pass an additional test.
