Officers need to have 3 - Broad/Distinguished rankings in Bilge, Carp and Sails, with Narrow Gunnery and Bnav.. and of course you'll need yer Officer badge because ye will be learning to pillage
Fleet Officers need to have 3 - Solid / Distinguished rankings in Bilge, Carp, Sails, or Gunnery; and Broad/Respected Bnav. Yer Officer badge is still needed... Ye will be leading pillys alot...
