Crew Articles
Rule 1: When doing a pilly and borrowing a ship it is your responsibility to see that ship is fully stocked when finished. When getting on a ship make a note of how much stock is on it and make sure when you are finished it has the same amount. Never remove re-stocking poe from a ship without restocking it. Anyone doing this will be demoted and further infractions will lead to being expelled from the crew.
Rule 2: At no time is anyone allowed to jump on any ship and take over these tasks or a pillage unless help is requested by the person hosting a pillage. At no time is anyone allowed to touch the contents of any privately owned ship without the owners permission. No one is to interfere with another person's pillage under any circumstances and permission to board is required at all times. If help is required request a superior officer to board. This also means PTB or Permission To Board is always required.
Promotions
- Pirates: We will have officer training in order for you to move up to become officer. Try to work on moving your stats up for a promotion too.
- Officers: You do not need to own a ship but know how to pilly. You will also need a few respected stats showing you are semi proficient in your skills in at least 3 pirate puzzles not including sf and rumble.
- FO: You must be in the crew for awhile to earn the crew's trust. You must also know how to pilly, own a ship and have a few respected stats. This shows you are semi proficient in at least 3 pirate puzzles not including sf or rumble. You must also learn the responsibilities that go with this rank.
- SO: There has to be an agreement of the majority of current SO's and the Captain to become an SO and have decent stats etc as in the aforementioned rank promotion explanations.
