Misbehaving

This template is misbehaving somehow, it was displaying {{Fill in the Blank}} at this article revision: [1], but my template-fu is weak, anyone take a look for us? Chupchup 04:44, 7 August 2012 (PDT)

Reverted to the old/working version. Explanation as simple as I can make it: when you use the |flagname_displayed_text= bit, it sets up a link like we do manually to "hide" the link. In this case, it took the actual link to the flag page of Illusion (flag) and made it the [[Illusion (flag)|Illusion]] bit. It does this by using the |flagname= field for the first part and the displayed text for the second part. When a user went through and messed with the template, he changed the template so that the first half would always be "Fill in the Blank", probably not realizing it was actually a necessary part of the template. When Franklin tried fixing it, he missed that part. --Fannon 09:24, 7 August 2012 (PDT)
Actually, I was just cleaning up the displayed punctuation. I wasn't even trying to mess with the logic of the template proper. (Still not comfortable enough with wiki-code's if-then structure to try that, yet.)  ;-)   Thanks for fixing it, though. -- Franklincain (t/c) 10:35, 7 August 2012 (PDT)
