Moving of blockade template to the main section

Template is off when BK is defending

If you look at the code, there is no extra line break after the BK power, yet in the redered page, there is an extra line. I know nothing about template editing yet, so I'm wondering if there's something there that's adding that line. Klostro 16:15, 21 September 2007 (PDT)
