Parameters (all optional):
- text: text to display on 1st row. (default: "A list of renamed ships sortable by name, ocean, and type of rename")
- bgcolor: 6-digit hex code (no leading #) for first row background color. default: D8D8D8.
- color: hex code (no leading #) for first row text color. default: 000000.
- bgcolor2: specify second row bgcolor. default: C8DDFF.
- color2: specify second row text color. default: 000000
