Usage
These usage notes will not be included in articles bearing this template.
This template is for use with the release notes and should always be used in association with {{Release notes/end}} (Usage).
At the start of the release notes the template {{Release notes/start}} should be called and at the end of the notes, the template {{Release notes/end}} should be called.
