This is an image tag, and should only be used in image summaries. Specifically, this template should only be used on screenshots of programs such as Quartermaster or Skellie Alert that aren't official OOO products, but are often used in conjunction with Y!PP. To use this tag properly, you need to pipe in the program name... for example, if you had a screenshot of Notepad, you would enter it as {{Externaltutorial|Notepad}}.
