These usage notes will not be included in articles bearing this template.
Use this template when editing a disambiguation page and the contents include information about the name of a crew or flag, present and past, as well as having been created on a retired ocean which may currently exist on a present ocean.
First parameter -> indicate whether it's the original name, or one in a line of several renames;
second parameter -> input Crew or Flag;
third parameter -> current crewname/flagname;
fouth parameter -> Present OceanName;
fifth parameter -> Retired OceanName.
