This is not true:

Vanguard never held possession of Terra; The Syndicate always was the technical owner of Terra with Calais as the governor. Should this be rewritten for truth? Vanguard was not even created at the time when Terra was won by Calais, The Syndicate, and Calais' Allies. To the best of my knowledge, it never traded hands to Vanguard at any time (even when Terra's Governor, Calais, left The Syndicate to create Vanguard).

I agree. Vanguard doesn't show in the Viridian blockade history. I'll remove the line. --Barrister 11:24, 15 June 2006 (PDT)
