- Even if one existed, it would be terribly out of date. I found a forum thread by someone who updated it in 2011 and hosted it themselves, but that one hasn't been available in years either. --Budclare2 11:22, 14 October 2015 (PDT)
- I had an old copy of this a while ago, and I had even gotten it largely up-to-date, but I can no longer find my copy of it.
