Talk:Tattoo
All male pirates have tattoos. They're visible based on the clothing worn. It has nothing to do with memorization. --Barrister 21:21, 23 August 2005 (PDT)
Interesting. Has this always been the case? I know I didn't start sure didn't think I started out with a tattoo. --Vari 22:02, 25 August 2005 (PDT)
- I just checked out my alt who hasn't memmed anything and he has a tattoo. So I was laboring under a misconception. I've talked to others who also believed it though, so I think the article should stay. I'll ultimately defer to group opinion, however. I'm changing it to reflect the truth. --Vari 22:16, 25 August 2005 (PDT)
Now here's a question: why can't you see it with the belt/bracers combo? --Impulzv 13:22, March 29 2007 (PDT)
- Because it's different clothing with different artwork, and the (rather vulgar, in the sense that any tattoo is vulgar) tattoo doesn't jibe with the style of the belt with bracers. --Ponytailguy 15:28, 29 March 2007 (PDT)
- Hey now, some of have (and are fond of) tattoos. Maybe present the option to the individual pirate, i.e. a checkbox in the portrait setup screen. Shouldn't be too hard to alter the artwork all that much to add/remove it. (Heck, while we're at it, why not give the ladies the option, too?) --Impulzv 10:49, 30 March 2007 (PDT)
- That would be a conversation for Game Design, not a YPPedia talk page. --Ponytailguy 10:53, 30 March 2007 (PDT)

Images Added
I tried various ways of adding the images and, because the article is so short, they looked best in the gallery format. However, I still think it looks poor and am not sure what I can do to improve it. --Lilly 15:45, 20 December 2006 (EST)
Rags?
Does anyone see a tattoo here? (The article insists one shows up in portraits which include male rags.) --Ponytailguy 15:28, 29 March 2007 (PDT)
